Shipping Fees - Flat Rate

West Malaysia – RM 7 only per purchase for a single consignee.
East Malaysia – RM 12 only per purchase for a single consignee.
Singapore – RM 30 only per purchase for a single consignee.
Hong Kong & China – RM 100 only per purchase for a single consignee.

Healer will then bear the balance of the shipping fees.

Free Shipping

West Malaysia – Purchase more than RM 150 in a single order.
East Malaysia – Purchase more than RM 200 in a single order.

We proudly offer free shipping and handling for all local shipping in Malaysia. Free shipping will be applied automatically to all qualifying orders.

Malaysia, Singapore, Hong Kong & China

We offer shipping to Malaysia and other countries.

Order Status

You will receive an email notification from us when your order is being processed, and another email notification containing the delivery tracking information once your order is being dispatched. Please check your Junk Mail in case it’s there!

Paid orders made will be shipped within 1-2 working days, local transit time 2-3 days; oversea transit time up to 4 weeks. Please note that there may be processing delays in shipping during sale events and peak shopping days.

Customs and Import Charges

All taxes, duties and customs fees are the responsibility of the recipient of the package. These charges vary widely from country to country hence we are unable to advise what the cost would be. Nature Verdure (Healer) has no control over the fees imposed and we also cannot reimburse the amount in any capacity.

We gladly accept returns in exchange for healer STORE CREDITS ONLY.

Once the order is made, it is strictly NON REFUNDABLE.

Contact us within: 7 days of delivery

Returns within: 30 days of delivery (Malaysia); 60 days of delivery (International)

Must be returned with original packaging intact, in perfect conditions, otherwise you will not receive any store credit.

Nature Verdure (Healer) will NOT refund the return delivery charges (cost for returning goods to us) and if you fail to return goods to us, we will default it as you retracted your request for a refund for store credit and withdraw further procedures.

Yes, you can but you will need to contact us within 12 hours of purchase.

If it’s too late to cancel your order, we will need to ask you to return the items and you will be reimbursed in the form of store credit.
